an old conrete warehouse was adaptively repurposed as an office space for a startup technology company
walls and ceilings were removed to reveal existing wood framing and allow for use of natural light. skylight wells were designed to help diffuse and soften natural light. large, new window openings were cut into concrete walls for additional light and views. space was outfitted with new bathrooms, conference rooms, offices, lobby and cafe'. new underfloor trench ducting was provided in open office areas for power and data. Soft curves and strong defined geometries were utilized to create a dynamic interior environment
